Community Calendar Guidelines

This calendar is for posting any events of interest to the Trisomy 18 Support Community, including days when any members may be in need of special support or encouragement.

Suggested events are:

Any events related to the child with Trisomy 18:
  • birth date
  • angel date
  • diagnosis date
  • amnio date
  • due date

Please, no SPAL (subsequent pregnancy) dates.

Also, chats or other community events will be listed.

Time zones:

All times are entered in the EST/EDT time zone to match the server's time zone. If you are unsure of the time in your timezone, see the Time Zone Converter.

Special Instructions

For special days such as birthdays, angel days, etc., please select “All-Day Event” since it doesn't occur at a specific time of day.

For birthdays, in the message part, put the parents’ first names and either put "birthday in heaven" or include the babies' full dates, so we know if the baby's birthday is in heaven or on earth.

Select the proper category for your event (Birth/Angel Day, etc.) if applicable.

Make the event show up every year by selecting "Yearly" near the bottom of the "Recur Rules" section.

For more information about how to use the calendar, see the Guided Tour.

The staff and moderators reserve the right to edit or remove any events deemed inappropriate for the community.
